Australian passport holders do not need a visa to enter Australia.
New Zealand citizens with a valid New Zealand passport do not need to apply for a visa before coming to Australia; more information is available here: entry requirements for New Zealand Citizens.
All other passport holders need the correct visa to enter Australia. You will need to obtain your Visa BEFORE you travel to Australia.
